Technical documentation – CARLYSOFT: update 2010

a) Update of the technical catalogue:

- Creation of ranges:

• CONDOR-H : New range of horizontal water cooled condensers (1kW ≤ Condenser capacity ≤ 10kW)
• LEVOIL : New range of mechanical oil level regulators and adapters

- Modification of products:

• RLVCY / RLHCY – Liquid receivers:
  The working pressure is increased from 31 bar to 42/43 bar (RLHCY 15, RLHCY 200, RLVCY 09 to 20)
• LCY/LCYE – Suction line accumulators:
  The working pressure of LCY/LCYE (volume inferior to 4 liters) is increased from 20 bar to 43 bar
• TURBOIL-F - Flanged oil separator receivers:
  Modification of the lower parts (flange + floating device) of TURBOIL-F so as to rationalize the spare parts (from 2505 S/MMS to 9017 S/MMS)
• TURBOIL-R – Welded oil separator receivers:
  Withdrawal of flanged models, extension of the range (17 models), increase in the working pressure to 43 bar and development of special models for R744 (subcritical)
• HCYR 80 – Oil receivers: 
  Model dedicated to applications with subcritical R744, increase in the working pressure from 31.5 to 43 bar.

- Withdrawal of ranges:

• VBCY : Ball valves

- Withdrawal of references:

• BCY / BBCY – Filter drier shells:
  BCY 19211 S/MMS, BBCY 10017 S/MMS, BBCY 30017 S/MMS
• BACY – Filter shells:
  BACY 30029 S and 30029 MMS, BACY 30033 S and 30033 MMS, BACY 40029 S and 40029 MMS
• HCYBF – Oil filter shells:
  HCYBF 967 S and 967 MMS.

b) Update of the component selection software CARLYSOFT:

Some new functions are now available in CARLYSOFT.
